How often: 2-3 times per week

Application: Before cleansing, apply a dime-sized amount to targeted areas and massage gently for 30 seconds. Allow product to remain on skin for up to 3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and continue with normal daily body care routine. For best results, use on wet skin and follow with a hydrating body lotion. Not for use on face.
