Remove any nail polish and clean the nails thoroughly.

Hold the spray ~1 inch (2–3 cm) from the nails and apply evenly.

Allow to dry for 10–15 seconds.

Use twice daily until the nail appearance improves, then reduce as needed for maintenance.
