After cleansing, soak a cotton pad with the toner and gently swipe it over the face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Alternatively, pour an appropriate amount into your hands and gently pat into the skin until absorbed. For targeted exfoliation, place a toner-soaked cotton pad on the desired area for 3–5 minutes, then gently swipe or pat in the remaining toner.
