Soak feet in warm water for a few minutes to soften the skin. Gently use the Alessandro Pedix Smooth Out file on rough areas of the feet, especially heels and pressure points. Do not apply excessive pressure. Rinse feet after use and follow with a nourishing foot cream or moisturiser. Use regularly to maintain smooth and soft feet.
