As a cleanser:
Wet the face and hands. Take an appropriate amount and gently massage over the face in circular motions, avoiding the eye and lip areas. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

As a wash-off pack:
Apply an even layer to clean, dry skin, avoiding the eye and lip areas. Leave on for approximately 5–10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Use 1–2 times per week as a pack, or as directed according to your skin's tolerance.
