Soak a cotton pad generously with the cleansing water and gently wipe over the face, including the forehead, cheeks and chin. For eye or lip makeup, hold the soaked cotton pad over the area for a few seconds before gently wiping.

Repeat with a clean cotton pad until it comes away clean. No rinsing is required, although you may follow with a water-based cleanser if you prefer a double-cleansing routine.
